Workshops follow the European atelier tradition of master class teaching. The Art School Fredericksburg promotes the association of aspiring artists with nationally and internationally recognized artist/teachers. Small groups work together with outstanding professional artists for one or two week sessions. Students who come to the art school represent diversity but everyone shares a common dedication to excellence and a focus on making art. The school encourages all interested in the experience of creating art, whatever level or ability, to enroll.
